Why does my license keep reactivating
The license activation loop usually happens for two reasons. It can be caused by switching between IPv4 and IPv6 or by a computer with more than one active network connection.
Determine if the computer having issues has two active network connections (e.g. wired network connection and WiFi are active). If this is true then simply disable one of the network connections before proceeding with the HaasOnline Trade Server activation process.
Look for IPv6 support. This support is quite new and it can have a few problems when activating HaasOnline Trade Server. Please review your network properties and check if IPv6 is enabled. If IPv6 is enabled, please disable it. This should resolve the license activation problem.
If neither solution resolved the issue, then it is likely something else has been overlooked. The best thing is to double check all the settings. If the problem still persists contact our support team for help.
